Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is awarded to individuals who are working to advance their careers and make a meaningful contribution to their community or chosen field. It recognizes not only capability, but also character, purpose, and a commitment to growth. The Gallagher-Clewes Memorial Scholarship recognizes individuals who demonstrate:

Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible individuals must be actively engaged on an assignment for a minimum of three months with a current nextSource Client or Supplier Partner, as determined at nextSource’s sole discretion, and must remain on an active assignment at both the time of nomination and the time the award is granted, or be employed as a nextSource Associate during those same periods.
- A letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment in a career-enhancing program at an accredited institution in the U.S.
- Submission of an original nomination and two additional written business references that demonstrate the desired attributes.

Application Process

Nomination
The nominator reviews the scholarship guidelines and contacts the applicant they wish to nominate. The applicant is responsible for confirming eligibility and completing the online application form. Which includes:
- The nominator reference section
- A personal statement describing their career goals and alignment with scholarship values
- Program or institution information
- Two written business references from non-related individuals

Interview
Selected finalists will meet with the selection committee for a brief, structured interview where they will discuss their educational goals, career aspirations, and how they embody the values of the scholarship, allowing the board to gain a deeper understanding of their character, motivation, and potential impact.

nextSource will contribute $10,000 annually
