In addition to the NJ Headquarters, Matlen Silver has a National MSP Virtual Recruitment & Delivery Team, as well as offices in: Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Jacksonville, FL, Raleigh, NC, Cincinnati, OH, and New York, NY.
Our unique national recruiting model starts with the National Account Manager and sales teams maintaining an open relationship with key stakeholders to gain a strong understanding of the client's needs. We utilize a single point of contact system with specific account managers coordinating with each LOB MSP partner to simplify candidate submission and correspondence allowing faster submittal and response times to our partners. Additionally, our geographical MSP recruiting delivery centers, driven by the national account manager, utilizes an Agile approach to directly support all requisitions in an account utilizing daily sprints to monitor candidate status and feedback in real-time. A comprehensive metrics dashboard/platform that in conjunction with the Client VMS allows Matlen Silver to monitor all aspects of the business and show customers how they have improved over time. We also utilize an Automated Talent Engagement system that allows Matlen Silver to use the most current technology to communicate with their consultants every step of the way. From initial outreach through the assignment and after, Matlen Silver believes it is crucial to stay in touch with their contractors. By communicating directly with multiple candidates instantaneously as soon as an opportunity becomes known, Matlen Silver is able to ascertain fit and availability in short order. This sets the scene for a fast Speed to Fill experience, as well as contributing to the rapid expansion of Matlen Silver’s large vertical talent pools. These systems and methodology have allowed our sales and recruitment teams to gain a better understanding of the needs faster through fewer submits.
