Joseph Musacchio, President and CEO

The vision of nextSource is based upon Mr. Musacchio's focus and commitment to innovation and dedicated customer service. Through his leadership, nextSource continuously develops revolutionary products and services for the effective acquisition and management of human capital. The nextSource Platform offers customers a one-stop-shop which effectively adds value and efficiency throughout the complete lifecycle of contingent labor provisioning and management. Mr. Musacchio's experience spans over 25 years in the technology, procurement and staffing industries and includes expertise in the areas of sales and marketing, business and corporate development, product management, operations and venture capital financing. Prior to creating nextSource in 1998, Mr. Musacchio was responsible for pioneering the Vendor Management "Procurement Solution" for a large, multi-national telecommunications company. This innovative approach to Vendor Management resulted in over $100 million in savings for the customer while improving service quality and delivery.

Joanne Bocci, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Bocci is responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities, revenue, sales growth, customer relationship management and fulfillment through nextSource's many lines of business. Ms. Bocci has worked for over 24 years in the technology consulting, staffing and services industries. For 20 years she worked at a major national technology and business consulting organization where she made key contributions to building and growing the eastern region as well as participating in national initiatives to create centers of expertise for the company. Ms. Bocci has worked with client organizations of all sizes across many industries, with a strong focus on understanding the customer's business needs and delivering solutions that meet those objectives. Ms. Bocci brings extensive industry experience to nextSource along with a passion for delivering world-class service and solutions to our customers.

Ed Remus, Senior VP of Customer Implementations and Procurement

Mr. Remus is responsible for the successful planning, deployment and continuing support of nextSource's vendor management programs as well as all aspects of procurement for nextSource. Mr. Remus joined nextSource in 2000 and brings more than 30 years of business and procurement experience to nextSource from his positions at Bell Labs, AT&T and Lucent Technologies where he managed the procurement of all categories of contingent workers and consulting services, and the implementation of an On-site Vendor Management Solution encompassing nearly 10,000 contingent workers worldwide.

Marian Palionis, Vice President of PeopleTicker

Ms. Palionis has more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry with experience ranging from recruitment, management and operations, to product management. Presently, Ms Palionis is responsible for developing client relationships through consultative efforts for the PeopleTicker rate-benchmarking product by ensuring the client's satisfaction in aligning both the product and services with the client's business goals. Ms. Palionis is also involved in the product updates, feature requests and global rollouts. Ms. Palionis holds a B.S. degree from the State University of Buffalo.

John Campbell, Vice President of Technology

Mr. Campbell is an accomplished, innovative, and hands-on information technology executive with demonstrated experience in planning, developing, and delivering a wide array of IT solutions over a 20+ year career. Mr. Campbell has worked with and within multiple organizations and industries, both in the private and public sector, always with a focus toward process improvement, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining nextSource Mr. Campbell spent 10 years as the director of development for a software development and consulting company where he was responsible for building development teams, client relationship management, and delivering commercial software products.
