On-Site Program Manager

nextSource, Inc is looking for a high energy, customer service focused individual to join the team as an Onsite Program Manager for one of our customers in Nashville, TN.

Qualified individuals will possess excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, and change priorities with short notice. Candidate will be responsible for interfacing between nextSource's Corporate office in NYC and Client site to facilitate temporary staffing order fulfillment and administration. Strong Human Resources, Recruting, Procurement background preferred. Account Management experience, and working with 3rd party suppliers.

Responsibilities also include, but not limited to all data integrity with regard to orders, reporting, client visits and relationship building. Manage and grow the program. Work with 35 to 40 vendors, procurement, project management, IT, finance and accounting. Must be very upbeat, high energy and strong personality. Must be ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have a proven track record in multi-tasking, computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective time management. Sales/Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development/Account Saturation

Director of Sales/Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Sales responsibilities across enterprise procurement/HR solutions
  • Manage all Recruiters & Business Development Reps
  • Introduce nextSource and its unique products & services to prospects
  • Manage prospective clients throughout sales cycle, from initial identification to close
  • Very strong internal client focus and relationship skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years of Sales/Business development experience

Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Very strong internal client focus and relationship skills
  • Interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
  • Handle multiple opening and locations with tight deadlines
  • Heavy emphasis on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiation required
  • Sourcing: internet/advertising, applicant databases and tracking system, direct sourcing of passive candidates, and employee referral
  • Experience in defining job requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience recruiting and hiring entry level to senior level employees

Implementation Director

Responsibilities:

  • Create the implementation plans and monitor implementation deliverables
  • Develop and document features of each client configuration
  • Update user manuals
  • Identify product difference in this same space
  • Assist with UAT site implementation deliverables
  • Develop and enhance business process scripts for technology
  • Serve as the main contact for on-sites and resolve business and technology requests
  • Provide effective customer services
  • Identify potential revenue channels and engage appropriate individuals within nextSource, Inc. and client organizations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with Vendor Management, Recruiting or HR. (Procurement experience a plus)
  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to communicate effectively with potential customers primarily through online product demonstrations

Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts receivable database (enter and update client information)
  • Review and record daily sales activity
  • Prepare all checks for bank deposits
  • Responsible for the daily cash applications
  • Handle all account reconciliation
  • Identify delinquent accounts and handle all collection calls (keep detail notes on interactions with clients)
  • Reconcile detail sub-ledger to GL
  • Complete special projects as required
  • Communicate with clients to resolve billing questions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge or experience of procurement, recruiting, staffing a plus

Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:

  • Code and batch invoices for payment
  • Prepare payable checks
  • Reconcile aging of accounts payable
  • Create and maintain vendor files
  • Assist in other accounting, finance and special projects as required
  • Maintain cash requirements schedules
  • Respond to various vendor inquiries
  • Handle all vendor account reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge or experience of procurement, recruiting, staffing a plus

Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements)
  • Responsible for monthly close of books including journal entries and supporting schedules
  • Record inter-company A/R and A/P transactions
  • Ensure that expenses on the P&L have been coded properly
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Corporate and outside auditors
  • Produce monthly close reports for management and perform variance analysis to explain significant fluxes from prior months
  • Manage Fixed Assets, including certification of assets received and appropriate recording to balance sheet
  • Bank Reconciliation preparation
  • Calculation of the Commissions on a monthly basis
