How the Registry of Certified Consultants Works

The ROCC is more than just a job board. nextSource provides value-added services through reference checking, pre-screening, interview scheduling and skill matching. We take the guess work out of the hiring process.

The ROCC is the most dynamic way to acquire talent at the most competitive pay rates or salaries. When users post a job opening in ConsultingDirect, it is automatically sent to all ROCC members whose skill sets match those specified in the posting. Members then have the ability to view job openings and place a bid. Employers can then review bids and arrange interviews via a dedicated ROCC Career Broker.

As an incentive to complete assignments and maintain membership status, ROCC members who complete a consulting assignment receive a profit-sharing bonus.
