John Sculley - Venture Partner - Rho Ventures

Mr. Sculley began working with Rho in the late 1990s prior to joining as a venture partner in 2004. Before joining Rho, Mr. Sculley worked at Sculley Brothers LLC, a private investment firm that he founded in 1995. Previously, he was CEO of Apple Computer from 1983 until 1993. For the five years prior to joining Apple, he was president and CEO of Pepsi. Mr. Sculley received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He is co-founder and board member of InPhonic, IdenTrust, Radiospire and Verified Person. Other current and recent board seats include MetroPCS, Hotwire, Pinnacor, NFO Research and OpenPeak.

Leo Mainini

Mr. Mainini has over 25 years of leadership experience in business management, sales & marketing, corporate start-ups and turnarounds as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mainini is currently a Director with HealthCare Connections, Inc. in Coral Springs, Florida where he serves as a financial and strategic advisor and is also responsible for the development of government contracts and the related management of those contracts. After a short stint as a consultant to both start ups and mature companies looking for growth, Mr. Mainini joined Scientific Staffing, Inc./Concept Management Group, Inc. and served as General Manager. from 1993 to 2000. While in this position, Mr. Mainini was responsible for the organization, development and growth of all affiliated companies under the Scientific Staffing and Concept management Group's umbrella. From 1988 to 1992 Mr. Mainini was the President of Nesco Design Group, Inc. that supported over 1900 contract engineers throughout 23 offices across the country. Before joining Nesco, Mr. Mainini held various positions of increasing authority with Butler Service Group, Inc. from 1976 through 1988 that culminated in his appointment as President of their CTS Division in 1984. In the early part of his career, Mr. Mainini held various Naval architectural positions with companies throughout the United States.

Gordon A. McMillan

Mr. McMillan is the Chairman of Legend Investment Partners Inc, a Canadian fund management firm. Mr. McMillan has been an entrepreneur in the financial services industry since 1994. Previously, he was the Chairman of Tailwind Financial Inc., a US-based special purpose acquisition company. From December 2005 until February 2008, he served as Chairman and a director of JovFunds Management Inc. (formerly, Fairway Asset Management Corp.), an asset management holding company focused on private equity and structured investment products. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. McMillan was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of NGB Management Ltd., a private equity firm he founded which was focused on providing growth capital to life sciences companies in Canada. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. McMillan was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Skylon Capital Corp., a private investment management holding company and VentureLink Capital Corp., a private equity firm providing growth capital to a broad range of companies in Canada, including firms operating in the Canadian financial services sector. Prior to co-founding Skylon and VentureLink, from 1995 to 2000, Mr. McMillan was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Triax Capital Corp., a private Canadian investment management holding company. Mr. McMillan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Mr. Musacchio's experience spans over 25 years in the technology, procurement and staffing industries and includes expertise in the areas of sales and marketing, business and corporate development, product management, operations and venture capital financing. Prior to creating nextSource in 1998, Mr. Musacchio was responsible for pioneering the Vendor Management "Procurement Solution" for a large, multi-national telecommunications company. This innovative approach to Vendor Management resulted in over $100 million in savings for the customer while improving service quality and delivery.
